1. Where are the chocolates made? All of the chocolates are hand made at our Willmar location and shipped fresh to our stores so you always get the freshest product.
2. Why is our chocolate different from others? This chocolate has a high percentage of coco butter (which is a good fat) and no vegetable fat. It is then mixed for an extended period of time.
3. What is Gianduja? Gianduja is a mixture of chocolate and hazelnut paste (finely ground hazelnuts).
4. How long will they stay fresh? All candies should be stored between 62-68 degrees in a breathable container. Candies with filling will keep for about two months if stored correctly. Solid chocolate with keep for about a year.
5. Do you make chocolates for weddings or special occasions? Yes, we do provide special chocolates for all occasions. You can also order special gift boxes that can be personalized.
6. What is Marzipan? Marzipan is an almond paste combined with a mixture of honey, glucose and powdered sugar.
7. Why are some of your products not on the order form? Some of our chocolates are too delicate to send in the mail. They are all available at our Willmar location.
8. How many kinds of Chocolates do you have? We have over 55 different chocolates. Our number is always changing because we are constantly working on new chocolate creations.
9. What is the sweetener in your sugar free chocolate? The sweetener in our sugar free chocolates is maltitol.
